Ivan Leens started his career in sales & recruitment in 2014 after his graduation in Human Resources Management at the Free University of Brussels in Belgium (2013). He joined a major international recruitment agency and has been working there for five years as a Principal IT recruiter and as a Sales Coach. Indeed, after three very successful years and a proven track record in sales and recruitment, Ivan decided to take more responsibility within the group and to be involved in the development of the human capital of the company. He participated in the implementation and the design of the new training program and best practices model and trained successful recruiters and future leaders.
After five enriching years, Ivan founded Bright in 2019 in order to share his experience and the best practices from the recruitment industry as a Coach & Principal consultant. He provided his first consulting mission right away for the company Approach Belgium (a leading consulting firm in Cyber Security). After an initial consulting mission of three months, the outcome has been very successful and directly lead to the signature of a long term partnership between our two companies. During May and December 2019, we achieved together an unprecedented 34% growth.
We are now looking forward to grow as a business ourselves to be able to achieve similar successes with our new customers.
Ivan is a tech enthusiast with mainly experience within the IT sector and with a focus on software development, project management and IT security.
